MEY İnşaat develops housing: we run the process under one roof, from assessing the land to handing over the keys. The three buildings completed so far — El Ele, Çamoğlu and Maşuk apartments — are in Pendik, Istanbul.
Residential Project Development
Assessing the plot's zoning status and ground conditions, working out the floor plans and apartment layouts, and setting the cost and schedule framework. The drawing is the commitment itself.
Permits and Project Management
Preparing the architectural, structural and building-services designs, following the municipal permit process, setting up the site and writing the work schedule. The timeline is clear from the start; if it changes, we say so.
Reinforced-Concrete Structural Work
From excavation and foundations to the frame: reinforced-concrete column and shear-wall system, slabs and roof. Every stage follows the work schedule and is supervised on site.
Finishing Works and Turnkey Delivery
Façade, common areas, mechanical and electrical finishes, in-unit works and handover. The process is followed through to condominium title and key delivery.
